service operations. Previous to this role, Claire spent 2 years with boohoo.com
as Customer Service Director, accountable for a global, multi-lingual customer
service operation. She previous held the role of Director of Customer Services
for JDWilliams, a FTSE 250 multi-channel retailer with group revenue in
excess of £800m.
With over 20 years’ experience in customer service,
Claire has delivered transformational projects with significant impact on
employees and customers. Her career extends across in-house and outsourced
customer service and financial service operations across Europe and the USA.
