Melanie Kleemann is
an international experienced leader in the retail segment and has more than 20 years experience in operational and strategic business development. Today she
is Head of customer Experience at IKEA Group in Germany where she is leading
and driving the customer experience development and innovation across all touch
points. In her position she is responsible for the strategic development
of the customer experience and the operational IKEAs Customer Support Center
units, eCommerce business and Customer Service in more than 50 stores. Her key
areas of expertise are growth and marketing strategy, customer centric business
development and transformation as well as customer experience design.
